Alex started her journey with First Choice Staff when her partner Phil registered with First Choice Staff in Manchester for employment back in November 2022 for our Client DHL International. The FCS team met and greeted them both not as one off registrations; they experienced the 360 degree service, full support, and guidance. Alex used to work in the hospitality, catering industry and previously to that, she was a bilingual translator. Alex expressed her great interest in a new career path and always wanted to work for an inspirational, grow from strength-to-strength organization with great morals and attributes. As they say our destiny is out there! Alex took the opportunity and started as a Trainee in April 2023 on a temp to perm basis. She wanted to explore the Recruitment world and join First Choice Staff on their successful walks and to follow great days ahead! First Choice Staff Academy started Alex’s training and within months, she had carved out her well deserved and successful entry to the next level. Alex now is a fully conversant and “think out of the box” Recruiter.
