We are recruiting on behalf of an established Global freight & logistics company based in Colnbrook.
The successful candidate will carry out dutys relation to the distribution process within a busy air/ocean, road, Perishables & Healthcare freight warehouse.
SHIFT: Tuesday - Saturday, 08.00 to 16.30
SALARY: GBP27,000.00-GBP28,000.00 per year
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Build pallets/ULDs ready for exports.
·Breaking down and checking in imports
·Operate forklifts when required.
·Work within a Temperature controlled zone in accordance with GDP legislation.
·Any other reasonable duties, which may be required by the warehouse manager & Team Leader.
·Be responsible to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, Health & Safety & Aviation Security.
REQUIREMENTS:
·Previous airfreight handling experience desirable, preferably within a major freight-forwarding concern.
·Reach / counterbalance forklift licences.
·Cargo Operative trained.
·X-Ray & ETD (Training will be supplied)
