You will be managing all aspects of the import operational process from start to finish, including import CDS customs entries. Customer focus and problem solving.Liaising with customers to ensure that correct measures are in place and that customer needs are met.Updating Customers with the status of their shipments all the way and always providing support.
Requirements:
Proven track record in Imports Freight Forwarding is essential.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
Able to negotiate, network, enthusiastic, manage and develop client relationships.
A pro-active attitude & flexible to meet the requirements of the business.
