Paying up to £27,000 per year.

Based in Tamworth. 

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. 

Permanent position, offering excellent benefits. 

We are seeking a Road Freight Operator to join a leading Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation, with offices based in Tamworth.

This role will be to complete all Imports and Exports for International Road Freight.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with previous experience in Road Freight Operations, to join a well-established Freight organisation.

Duties of the role will include: 

• Take enquiries and obtain rates, quoting customers for Import & Export shipments.
• Booking freight.
• Negotiating costings.
• Arranging collections and deliveries.
• Completing all required documentation.
• Processing freight files.
• Checking and passing carrier invoices.
• Billing out shipment files.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience within Road Freight, in both imports and exports. The successful candidate will possess excellent administration and customer service skills.
