Our client close to Heathrow is looking for someone to join their busy team in a Part-Time Accounts/Admin Clerk capacity

The role will be to support the Finance Manager with essential accounting and admin tasks.

You must be organised and are ready to take on a variety of responsibilities

Duties

Process invoices and assist with credit control
Manage supplier payments and office essentials
Track staff leave and prepare revenue reports
Support new customer setups and general admin

Passing of supplier invoices on Boxtop and posting to SAGE
Sales Invoicing on Boxtop and posting to SAGE
Assisting with Credit Control, Supplier payments, Stationery
Manage staff leave / holidays, Daily tonnage revenue report
New customer set up / Account opening letters
Filing, General Admin

Must be computer literate and able to use all Microsoft packages. Sage experience an advantage but not essential.

They are flexible with the number of hours and which days (between 20 and 30)

GBP16 per hour
