Ocean Freight Operator 

Offering a salary of up to £32,000 per year depending on experience.

Based in West Midlands (B75).

We are working with a Freight Organisation who are seeking an Ocean Freight Operator to join their team. 

Duties of the Ocean Freight Operator will include:

• Handling ocean shipments across both imports and exports.
• Handling all aspects of shipments from start to finish, from quoting and taking bookings all the way to invoicing and billing out. 
• Completing all documentation and ensuring it is correct and present.
• Completing customs entries and clearances.
• Completing all administrative duties.
• Managing customer expectations, resolving any issues and answering queries as they arise. 

This position requires a candidate with strong experience in Ocean Freight operations, with experience in both Imports and Exports.
