Offering a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

Previous Freight experience necessary.

Bonus scheme available.

We are seeking an outgoing, commercially-focused and driven candidate who has previous, notable experience within a sales-oriented freight role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, Road Freight and express transport organisation, with a flexible, forward-thinking approach. 

Roles and Responsibilities of the Inside Freight Sales Executive:

• Managing a territory and portfolio of existing business. 
• Promoting their express freight service for the UK and International markets, across both imports and exports as well as courier and express transport services.
• Generating business from lapsed and potential customers. 
• Liaising with customers, hauliers, carriers and agents. 
• Generating additional revenue from existing customers. 
• Obtaining rates and quoting, maximising profitability. 
• Taking enquiries for all aspects of Road Freight, both imports and exports, as well as courier and express transport services. 
• Managing a portfolio of key customers and accounts. 
• Building strong relationships with customers and identify areas to grow the business, striving to convert any courier and express transport or Road Freight enquiries into business.

Previous experience working within the Freight Forwarding industry is a necessity.
