We are working with a Medium sized Freight Forwarder who are looking to recruit an Air Import Operator.
Role Involves:
· 2 years + Air Import Start to Finish experience.
· Update the ETAs on the system.
· Collate all customs clearance documents for shipments.
· Calculate costs for daily deliveries.
· Deal with all customs.
· Dealing with the Airway bills MAWB & HAWB
· Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding shipments arrivals and delivery dates.
· Arrange new shipments with overseas agents.
Weekend work is required 1 in every 3-4 weeks with Bank Holiday cover on rota.
Monday to Friday.
Salary depends on experience.
