We have an exciting opportunity to join a a great forwarder close to Heathrow.
Overall Purpose of the Job
To join and assist a team that will consist of 4 people with exporting consignments to South America, mainly Brazil.
Learning and understanding the requirements of our overseas agents
working as a team predominantly and learning over a period of time to work independently on shipments
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Export customs clearance
Arranging collections with Transport companies
Arranging booking with Airlines
Printing Airway bills
Liaising over email with overseas agents
Skills and Qualifications
Microsoft Exchange (Email)
Excel
Polite and confident telephone manner
