Export AOG Operator - 4 on 4 off days

We are working with a Medium sized forwarder who are looking for a AOG Export Operator.
Due to location Car Driver needed. 4 of 4 off days 7am-7pm
Role involves:
· Handling AOG/ Time sensitive shipments.
· Export Shipments via Air/Road via customer request.
· Collating all Export Documentation, HAWBS/MAWbs/Customs /post flight/security procedures/routing of shipments/ airline liaison/transport request and reporting/Cross trade movements.
· Export documentation- to ensure AWBS are cut and completed in accordance with customers instructions and rated correctly as per airline regulations.
· Customs - to ensure Custom documentations is in accordance with suppliers instructions including IPR/OPR/ Export Licenses entries.
· Pre-alerts/Post flights.
· Quotations.
Experience needed:
· Some experience, working on AOGs in a freight export department.
· 2 years Air , Road Export experience.
· Aerospace, shipping Aircraft Parts.
· Excellent Customer Service skills.
· Computer Literate.
· Must be able to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
· Good time keeping/ attendance.
Software needed.
