· Min 3 years freight forwarding experience
· In depth knowledge of Air industry and customer requirements
· Export documentation start to finish
· Good customs knowledge
· Mailbox management
· Good organisation and ability to prioritise with team and meet deadlines
· Excellent customer service skills
· Works well under pressure
