Customer Service Supervisor - Transport

Temp to Perm Contract – Immediate Start Available. 

Paying up to £30,000 per year.

Full-time, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Based in Birmingham (B8).

 

We are working with a Birmingham-based UK Transport and Haulage organisation who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor.

 

The role of Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for a team of 3 Customer Service Operators and be responsible for the driving of change and organisation within the team.

 

Duties of the Customer Service Supervisor:

  • Handling all aspects of customer service.
  • Dealing with major clients and partners via various communication channels.
  • Resolving any discrepancies and being a source of escalation.
  • Leading the team to success and ensuring they are assigned tasks to complete.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers across all levels.
  • Ensuring KPIs and SLAs are being met, scheduling 121s and interventions as and when required.

 

This role requires a candidate who has strong experience in Customer Service and leading a team. Experience within the Transport or Logistics sector isn’t necessary but is desirable.
