Customer Service Coordinator

Temp to Perm/Straight perm contract available. 

Immediate start available.

Paying up to £28,000 per year, depending on experience. 

Full-time, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Based in Birmingham (B8).


We are working with a Birmingham-based Transport and Haulage organisation who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. 


We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service and administration experience, ideally within a Transport or Logistics environment. 


Duties of the Customer Service Administrator may include:

  • Taking all Transport booking details. 
  • Tracking and tracing freight and updating the freight status. 
  • Pre-advise of any deliveries or failed deliveries. 
  • Liaising with clients and partners via the phone, email and messaging via the internal system.
  • Running reports.
  • Resolving any queries. 
  • General administrative duties as required.


We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service experience, ideally within a Transport or Logistics organisation. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.
