You will be an integral part of our Clients commitment to delivering exceptional service within the import and export sector.
Temp contract. Manchester Freight Cargo M90 based. Salary band GBP25,000-GBP26,000.

Duties:
To assist with the day to day operation of the Customer Service Department within the Manchester Office.
Arranging collections and bookings.
Raising relevant export paperwork, including MAWB's, HAWB's, Courier Consignment notes and NES.
Handling Customer queries for Export Consignments, both on e-mail and via telephone.
Checking departure of shipments.
Monitoring and maintenance of booking, customer service and documents outlook mailboxes as and when required.
To provide admin support for key accounts

Requirements:
Excellent customer services skills ideally within an Export environment.
Excellent time management skills to ensure workloads are completed on a daily basis.
Good communication skills both written & verbal.
Previous experience in Freight or Air Cargo Logistics would be beneficial.
Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
Proactive and forward thinking.
Able to provide 5 year references (from Jan 2020-till present day)
Clean DBS.

Monday to Friday =37.5hours
Start Time=09:00am & Finish Time=17:30hrs with 1 hour break.
