AOG Operator x2

We are working with a established Freight Forwarder who are looking to recruit a AOG Operator.

Export AOG 4on 4off days and nights

4 days - 7am to 7pm
4 days - 7pm to 7am

GBP34k plus shift allowance.GBP4800

Job Purpose:
To complete exports from start to finish working in the AOG team
Key responsibilities:
· Arrange collections on dedicated movements
· Book all shipments with the airlines
· Update customers with shipment details within KPIs
· Complete the MAWB and customs
· Pre alert the customer and network
· Arranging of Air Import shipments
· Air Import customs knowledge advantageous
· Operational Finance (Costing and Invoicing)
· Support export operations
· Flexible and Adaptive approach key.
· Clear Handover to following Shift.

Minimum Requirements:
· Industry experience required
· AOG specific experience
· Excellent ICT skills to include Microsoft packages
· Good communication skills both verbal & written
· Attention to detail
· Friendly, calm and professional manner
· Good time-management
· Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
· Enthusiasm and good self motivation
