We are working with an established Freight Forwarder, near Heathrow, who are looking to recruit an AOG Export Operator. This is an ongoing temporary role which may go permanent.
The role is to provide an efficient and proactive Export service to all customers and related service providers with exceptional customer service.
Role includes:
· Monitor and action generic email boxes and respond in a timely manner.
Arranging collection from vendors.
Producing shipping documentation (Mawb, Hawb)
Preparation of Export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations.
Post flights, job file invoicing and cost control.
· Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promtly, both from external and internal customers/suppliers. We are looking for a minimum of 2 years Airfreight experience.
Minimum GCSE standard in English or Maths (or equivalent).
Salary GBP18 per hour including shift pay
Hours are either 7pm to 7am Tuesday to Friday or 9pm to 5.30am Monday to Friday
