Airfreight Import Operator - Heathrow
Responsibilities
· Understanding the accounting, financial processes, and requirements
· Ensuring good negotiation and contractual conduct and commercial awareness
· Delivering excellent customer care whilst managing clients expectations
· Ensuring estimates are allocated for all expected costs and sales invoices are raised in a timely manner in accordance with our invoicing policies
· Ensuring all files have been costed, charged and completed correctly
· Promoting to clients and potential clients all services
Essential Skills and Experience
· Previous experience in an Air Import role preferably 2 years minimum start to finish including Customs entries
· Maintain and build good working relationship with all customers
· Adapt a professional manner always displaying a positive attitude
· Experience using MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
· Have excellent attention to detail
· Driven and self-motivated
· Proactive problem-solving capability
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Ability to work to deadlines and meet targets
· Be a proven Team Player
· Good time keeping
hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary GBP27K to GBP32.5K
