A global Shipping Organisation require an Export Shipping Customer Service Executive - to provide a comprehensive outbound customer service solution to clients including customer bookings, arranging transport, customs, hazardous applications and invoicing. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the Shipping/Freight Forwarding industry, have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure. Handling all incoming service requests. carrying out amendments, ensuring correct data input into internal systems.Provide all booking requests, carry out booking cancellations. Chase any missing Dangerous goods declarations and container numbers for merchant bookings.
