First Choice Staff are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a global freight forwarder based in Southall!
Location: Southall
Hours: Tues to Sat , 6pm - 3am
Salary: Up to GBP30,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
You will be required to assist with loading and unloading vehicles carrying a variety of cargo using a forklift truck and other mechanical equipment, as well as performing some manual handling.
You will be expected to use hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo.
Process paperwork in accordance with our clients requirements.
For any cargo coming into the facility, you will be required when unloading, to check for any discrepancies, damage or any areas of concern.
Overseeing build and break down of pallets and ensuring pallets are labelled correctly.
Requirements
Previous Warehouse experience in freight.
Forklift licence
Possessing an NXCT (X-ray screening) is advantangeous
To provide 5 years checkable employment history.
