We are working with a Medium sized Freight Forwarder who are looking to recruit a 4on 4off Import/Export Air, Road AOG Nights 7pm -7am.
The time critical specialist is responsible for processing shipments and all related activities from start to finish. Import/ Exports experience ideally if have 1 possible will train on other and must have AOG experience.
Role
· Deals directly with clients, customs, and agents to ensure quickest and best movement of cargo throughout the world.
· Prepares documents necessary to complete export, Imports, and customs clearance process.
· Proper and correct billing and cost information populated in TMF for accurate invoicing and job costing.
· Communicate & correspond with other company branches and agents for customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service execution.
· Seek the most profitable mode of shipment yet meet customers requirement for the movement of freight.
· Knowledge of UK Import/export operations and regulations.
· Knowledge of AOG and other Time Critical Services/Solutions
Requirement:
· Good AOG experience
· Imports/ Exports Air. Road
· Good IT skills.
· Previous time critical experience
· Good organisation, IT skills.
Salary depends on experience. Plus 20% shift allowance
